 Return Policy 

We accept  returns for a full refund if the return is requested within 30 days of purchase and so long as the product is returned complete, in its original packaging and in good condition.

All returns must have an RA Number issued by Attikonak, Inc. written on the outside of the shipping box. 

We will warranty all parts for 90 days after purchase.  After 30 days and within the 90 day window we will replace any defective part.

It is our goal and commitment to have satisfied customers.  We will do everything possible to resolve any problems or issues that arise after your purchase.  Customers need to be aware, though, that wireless monitors are sensitive and can be subject to interference from other wireless devices.  However, problems often can be resolved with a little patience, innovation, and commitment.

Please review the suggestions outlined on the instruction sheet attached to the email or included with the packing slip. Pay close attention to any reference to switches.
